Description A stunning Star Ruby that originating in Burma (Myanmar). We bought this stone in the late 1990’s after it was cabbed (cut) by a dealer in Thailand. Even though it’s near impossible to convey the radiance of the color and star from these simple pictures and video, you can see why this ruby is special. . Extremely large for a star ruby with a high dome (7.98mm) and with a bright shining star. The color is bright crisp strawberry red with it’s white star popping up through the body.
